RI, NY, NJ, DE, MD, PA, VA, NC, SC, GA, FL, AL -
MS, LA, and TX.

◇ Joint Typhoon Warning Center in Hawaii

◇ Atlantic Storm Prediction Center NS, Government of Canada
Operations Center, and Saint-Pierre et Miquelon.
